Educator, trainer, pelvic floor lover
I am a mother of two boys, originally from Romania, personal trainer, prenatal yoga teacher and Kangatraining instructor. I became very passionate about women’s health after I had my first son and over the years I have turned into a bit of a pelvic floor geek. This year I have expanded my offerings to pelvic floor workshops and one on one sessions (virtually and in person).
I love that I am able to offer women in our community a safe place to exercise during pregnancy and postnatally, as well as the opportunity to look after the health of their pelvic floor muscles. My goal is to focus on providing support to women with pelvic floor dysfunction, as I know on a personal level how it impacts the quality of life!
