Lauren Ohayon’s Restore Your Core® program is a movement-based practice designed to help you reconnect with and strengthen your core and pelvic floor through functional movement and alignment. Whether you’re dealing with postpartum issues, pelvic floor dysfunction, or simply want to enhance your core strength, this program is tailored to meet those needs.
We move slowly and with awareness, but don't be fooled, the movements are challenging! You will get to know your body on a whole new level, and current participants are sharing that they are also bringing this knowledge and awareness into their day to day life and other movement practices!
Over the 6 weeks, we’ll work through a series of progressive exercises and flowing sequences designed to boost your whole-body strength, mobility, and function.
