Find some floor space, a ball (or rolled up towel), and a chair and take your pelvic floor through some slow and intentional exercises to help create an environment which gives it permission to relax.

Come back to this as often as you need to and consistency will pay off!

Pelvic Floor Release Sequence

If you were stressed out and someone said 'just relax', would you relax? Probably not! It's no different for the pelvic floor.

In this sequence I talk about some of the things which may be contributing to your tight pelvic floor and how to create an environment and bring in exercises which facilitate relaxation.

You will need a ball (I am using a Yoga Tune Up ball) or a rolled up towel, a chair and some floor space.

The key is to move slowly, with awareness, and practice this regularly.
