The more I learn the more I think we should take our advice from plants and the nature around us. While cyclical living is an inconvenience in our modern world and our current society makes living in tune with our cycles a privilege, one of my guiding phases in life is that it doesn't have to be all or nothing. We can begin by focusing on small and achievable changes and notice the potentially big impacts they can have on our physical, mental, and emotional health. Although there are some general principles on what each phase of the menstrual cycle may look like, the reality is that we are all unique and wonderful. This is why I believe it's important to decipher the legend of your own inner map. As someone who has been on this journey for the last 4 years, I can share my own learnings and observations with you, not as an expert but as a woman and mother who has walked this path. Group work is my favorite kind of work. This is because I am a teacher and a student at the same time and while you are learning from me, I am also learning from you, and we are all learning from each other. This is the power of coming together and sharing our stories! Join me for this 8 week journey delving deeper into each season of the menstrual cycle, so that you can comfortably identify what they look like to you, plan your weeks accordingly, learn to set boundaries, take advantage of your creative bursts, and embrace the YOU who needs more rest and to take a step back from Doing. This container includes: - weekly 2h Zoom sessions (recorded for those who cannot make it live) starting Friday the 4th of August, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm for 4 weeks, followed by fortnightly sessions for another 2 months (8 sessions in total) - homework to deepen your personal exploration outside our calls (this is not school so homework is not compulsory, but you will get more out of the experience if you take time to do it) - pdf resources to assist you on your journey The EARLY BIRD SPECIAL ends on the 30th of June, after which the total price will be $399.
