Service Description

Join me for a weekly pregnancy yoga class, from the comfort of your own home! The class is suitable for ALL trimesters and no previous experience is required. The sessions are 1h and 15 minutes long and they end with a 10 to 15 minute pregnancy meditation, which is bound to leave you feeling relaxed and more at ease. What you will get out of this block: 什time to connect with your body and your baby 什gentle movements and stretches to help relieve discomfort and prepare your body for labor and birth 什breathing techniques 什pelvic floor education and awareness 什relaxation and stress relief Research (Rang et al 2020) shows that "yoga helps to increase vaginal delivery rate, decrease premature delivery rate, reduce birth weight, shorten the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor. Yoga has no negative impact on the fetus." IMPORTANT: all sessions will be recorded and the link will be sent to you on the same day, so if you cannot make the sessions live, you can do them at your own pace.
