Join me for a weekly pregnancy yoga class, from the comfort of your own home! The class is suitable for ALL trimesters and no previous experience is required. What you will get out of this block: 🤰time to connect with your body and your baby 🤰gentle movements and stretches to help relieve discomfort and prepare your body for labor and birth 🤰breathing techniques 🤰pelvic floor education and awareness 🤰relaxation and stress relief Research (Rang et al 2020) shows that "yoga helps to increase vaginal delivery rate, decrease premature delivery rate, reduce birth weight, shorten the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor. Yoga has no negative impact on the fetus." BONUS: as a 'thank you' for booking this block, I will be sending you a bonus pre-recorded class. IMPORTANT: all sessions will be recorded and the link will be sent to you on the same day, so if you cannot make the sessions live, you can do them at your own pace.
