A simple, supportive movement space for women who want to move more consistently through winter.
This is not a rehab program or an in-depth educational course. That's what Glam Your Clam is for.
WMC is for those who already have the foundations and are keen to challenge themselves more, but more importantly, want to stay active over winter without shame and guilt. The purpose is to really develop those consistency 'muscles' so movement becomes a regular part of your life.
Winter has a way of making everything feel a little heavier. The mornings are colder, the body feels stiffer, motivation disappears, and it becomes very easy to spend months disconnected from yourself again.
This space is designed to make movement feel manageable, supportive, and sustainable through a season where many of us tend to stop moving altogether.
Not perfectly. Not all-or-nothing.
All movement matters. All movement adds up.
This space is for women who already have some understanding of their bodies and want support moving more consistently.
Women who:
know they feel better when they move
are tired of constantly “starting again”
want strength and mobility without punishing workouts
feel stiff, tight, sore, or disconnected after long days of sitting, working, parenting, or simply putting themselves last for too long
want movement that feels supportive rather than overwhelming
We won’t be starting from the beginning with anatomy lessons or breaking down every concept from scratch.
The focus here is movement itself.
Showing up regularly.
Building strength and mobility.
Learning how to stay connected to your body through practice, not perfection.
The classes will still be thoughtfully guided, supportive, and grounded in the way I teach movement, but this space is much more about doing the movement than endlessly learning about it.
A 30-minute live class every week throughout winter. These will be on Fridays 12:00-12:30 NZT.
The classes will include a mix of mobility, strength, balance, and whole-body movement, with a bit of playfulness woven in to keep movement feeling engaging and enjoyable.
All classes will be recorded if you can’t make them live.
Two shorter 10–15 minute movement sessions uploaded weekly into Podia.
These will be short and sweet sessions you can do when:
you feel stiff
your back feels tight
you’ve been sitting all day
you only have ten minutes
you can’t be bothered “working out”
you still want to love on your body in some way
Because it all counts.
It all adds up.
A space for accountability, encouragement, reminders, questions, wins, and staying connected through winter.
No pressure to constantly engage.
Anything useful that comes up during our time together will be added into the space along the way.
Simple movement reminders, recovery support, mobility resources, or guidance around returning after time off.
I'm also going to be recording super short pep talks on things which have helped me stay consistent with movement for the past more than 10 years!
You’ll only need:
enough floor space to move comfortably
a mat, blanket, or soft surface
Optional:
a light or moderate kettlebell or dumbbell (you can use cans of beans too)
resistance band if you already own one
You do not need fancy equipment or a home gym setup.
You don't need to do every session.
You don't need to “keep up.”
You don't need to be highly motivated.
This group is about creating a more beneficial and long-term relationship with movement in a way that fits your life.
Ten minutes counts.
One class a week counts.
Starting again counts.
The goal is not intensity.
The goal is consistency, support, and feeling more at home in your body by the end of winter than you did at the beginning.
