A Whole-Body Pelvic Floor Program
Are you tired of being told to “just do Kegels” or worse, that peeing your pants is your “new normal”? It really doesn’t have to be this way!
Welcome to Glam Your Clam 3.0™ – the core and pelvic floor focused movement program designed to help you move, feel, and live better.
Glam Your Clam ™ is a whole body approach program for anyone looking to:
Reduce or eliminate pelvic floor symptoms (like incontinence, back pain, prolapse, painful sex).
Become knowledgeable about their body.
Learn practical, movement-based tools they can integrate into their daily life.
Get clear, compassionate guidance from someone who has been in your shoes.
This is not about quick fixes or isolating one muscle group; it’s about understanding how your whole body supports pelvic floor health.
"I want EVERYONE to know all the stuff in Glam Your Clam, it's so vital to caring for our bodies."
-Jenny-
In 2015 when I was diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse after the birth of my first baby, I couldn’t believe that I’d never been taught anything about such an important part of my body! If you breathe, pee, poop, have sex, and move/exercise, you need to know about your pelvic floor!
Back then I couldn’t find all the information I needed in one place, so I spent years and a lot of money researching and putting the puzzle pieces together. Eventually I created Glam Your Clam so that others wouldn’t have to struggle so much, while already in a vulnerable state, to gain access to information they should have had at the latest in their teenage years!
I implemented my learnings into my own day to day movement and exercise and I continue to live a symptom free, active life, doing all the things I love!
"After a month of following your instructions I can feel more of a difference in the way my pelvic organs are located. My prolapse is getting better."
-Mariana-
The program is packed with:
Accessible exercises (no gym required!)
Movement education to support your core and pelvic floor.
Practical tips for integrating movement into your busy day.
Foot health information, because your pelvic floor starts in your feet.
A compassionate, non-judgemental, easy to grasp, and fun teaching style!
New videos, backed by three more years of learning and training—so you’re getting the most up-to-date, evidence-based, and supportive guidance I can offer.
Organized in Four Modules: This version is structured to align with the four phases of the menstrual cycle—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal. Why? Because each phase offers a unique lens to explore movement, energy, and recovery and I really wanted to blend all my knowledge together and honor the cyclical nature of the body.
And here’s the key: this isn’t just for menstruating people. Whether you’re postmenopausal, pregnant, postpartum, or don’t menstruate, these modules are designed to reflect natural rhythms that apply to everyone. We all experience cycles in energy, mood, and body function, and this structure allows you to adapt and thrive regardless of your stage of life.
A new platform which means that you don’t need a Facebook account to access the content.
Lifetime Access: Because your body’s needs change over time, and I want you to have this resource when you need it most.
Video Lessons: easy to follow videos, starting with the foundations of core and pelvic floor health, and moving on to short movement sequences to reflect a whole body approach to improved core and pelvic floor function.
Bonus resources on foot health, barefoot shoes, menstrual health and my favorite ways to bring more movement into my every day.
"Going through Glam Your Clam gave me a whole set of new tools to improve my pelvic floor muscles function. I grew in a lot of self-awareness of my pelvic floor muscles and how to integrate this understanding into my movements, posture and exercises used in everyday life.
The videos were super practical and I would definitely recommend them to any women wanting to grow in pelvic floor muscles self-awareness and a greater confidence in improving PFM function”

“I wish I had found out about Glam Your Clam earlier because it is exactly what I needed after my first was born 4 years ago. The videos are great, easy to follow, and Georgi explains things beautifully. “
- Kama-
“I gave birth 12 weeks ago and I credit my recovery to the things I learnt from you 💗”
-Rebekah-
“I’m 8 years postpartum with two significant prolapses that impacted my daily life for years. Even after seeing physios, I wasn’t seeing the progress I needed — until I joined Glam Your Clam during my 4th pregnancy. My pelvic floor slowly but surely began to strengthen each week. My pregnancy related pelvic pain improved with the daily exercises that I used from GYC.
I have just completed my first ever online workout class in 8+ years, and found myself mindfully weaving all of the principals that Georgi has carefully instilled in me through the years, protecting my pelvic floor with each breath and workout.
P.S. I no longer experience any dragging / bulging associated with pelvic floor dysfunction, even on my menstrual cycle."

I’m Georgiana FitzPatrick, a barefoot pelvic floor coach with nearly a decade of experience helping women move better and feel stronger.
My journey started after a traumatic birth experience that left me diagnosed with prolapse six months postpartum. I remember feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. I’d never thought I’d have to worry about peeing my pants when I sneezed. I was embarrassed and self-conscious when I went to Zumba and I inevitably leaked during the class. Sex was different and not as enjoyable and I worried that I’d have to live like this forever. Needless to say that hasn’t been the case. I went on to have another baby, an empowering birth, and my prolapse symptoms didn’t return.
Through my own healing, I’ve learned to create safe spaces for others to explore movement, find confidence, and reconnect with their bodies. Now, I combine my lived experience with professional expertise to deliver practical and compassionate classes, designed for real life.
My whole-body approach will inspire you to embrace movement, curiosity, and joy in your journey to better pelvic floor health!

This is for anyone with a pelvic floor — whether you’ve had kids or not. It’s especially helpful if you’re:
Experiencing pelvic floor symptoms (incontinence, prolapse, painful sex, etc.)
Looking to reconnect with your body
Curious about a whole-body, no-Kegels approach
Wanting to move through life with more confidence, ease, and strength
You do not need to be menstruating — the program simply recognizes our monthly ebbs and flows.
No! Most of the movements use your body weight and everyday household items (like a chair, rolled up towel, or yoga mat). I do recommend investing in a yoga block (not compulsory) as it's such a versatile piece of equipment.
I will personally respond to any comments and questions within the course and love to support students as they work towards their goals.
If you would like 1:1 support outside of this, please email me at hello@georgiannafitzpatrick to discuss private session options, at an additional investment.
You'll get lifetime access so you can go at your own pace, revisit modules anytime, and come back to the content as your body and needs change.
There are 4 modules, each with 3 movement sessions and supporting resources. You can take as little as 4–6 weeks, or stretch it out over a few months — it’s totally up to you.
Yes — the program is designed with these stages in mind. Everything is adaptable, and many people start GYC during pregnancy, early postpartum, or even years later. If you’ve had a traumatic birth or prolapse diagnosis, I’ve been there too — and you’re in the right place.
The course takes a whole-body approach — addressing posture, breathing, foot health, core coordination, and movement patterns. It’s practical, accessible, and grounded in lived experience and up-to-date information. Also? It’s fun, compassionate, and empowering — no shame, no pressure.
Not at all! Glam Your Clam is for anyone with a pelvic floor — whether you’ve had kids, plan to, don’t want to, or never will.
Pelvic floor symptoms can show up for all sorts of reasons: posture, stress, movement habits, hormones, even footwear. This program is about getting to know your body, moving in ways that support it, and feeling strong and confident regardless of life stage.
