You might have been told to strengthen, or relax, or “just do your pelvic floor exercises,” but no one has actually looked at how you’re moving, how you’re breathing, how you’re managing pressure through your body, how your pelvis and ribs move, and what patterns and compensations may be contributing to your symptoms.

This is a small, personalised support space over 8–10 weeks where you have someone actually looking at your body, not just giving you general advice.
We look at how you move, where you’re compensating, what’s not moving well, how you’re breathing, and how you’re managing pressure through your system, so you can understand what is contributing to your symptoms.
We don't stop at the initial 1 on 1, the support continues over 2 more 60 minute sessions, short personalized 'homework' (a.k.a corrective exercises) and Whatsapp check ins for the duration of our time together.
If you're back at the gym or running, this 1 on 1 support will mean that you'll be able to optimize your training, improve your form during exercise and ensure good core engagement strategies.
You'll understand how to manage pressure when you lift,run, when you’re getting up off the floor, or just moving through your day.
For some women, that means leaking improves or stops.
For others, it’s that heaviness or prolapse symptoms aren’t there in the same way by the end of the day.
For many, it’s that sex becomes more comfortable again, or they feel more supported through their core without having to think about it constantly.
More than anything, it’s that you trust what you’re doing, and you’re not constantly second-guessing or piecing things together from different places.
We start with a 90-minute one-on-one session where we look at your movement, your breath, and how your pelvic floor is functioning within your whole body, so you have a clear picture of what’s going on and what to focus on.
From there, you’ll have two 60-minute follow-up sessions spaced out over the next couple of months, where we build on that, adjust things as needed, and keep the work relevant to how your body is responding.
Between sessions, you’ll have personalized homework in the form of simple exercises and focuses that fit into your day or your training, along with the option to check in when things come up, so you’re not left wondering whether you’re on the right track.

This runs over 8–10 weeks and includes one 90-minute session, two 60-minute follow-up sessions, personalised homework, and support between sessions.
